KZOUN's XPS extrusion line adopts a unique board forming design concept, developing a series of technical advantages in the three core processes of extrusion nucleation, mold release foaming, and subsequent secondary foaming of the board. These advantages endow the board with a unique pore structure and the highest nucleation rate, making the board lighter.
KZOUN can configure precise feeding measurement systems and multi-pipe carbon dioxide injection systems for the equipment according to customer needs. Its independently developed secondary injection system and vacuum molds can help customers produce XPS foam boards with a density of less than 17 KG/m³.
In addition, KZOUN’s secondary foaming device for XPS foam boards uses the principles of foaming formation and pore properties to further enhance pore re-expansion. This function can reduce the density of XPS foam boards by 3-5 KG/m³ while significantly enhancing their compressive strength.
